Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is free, and we never ask for card details to start. You only add payment if you decide to move to Pro or Studio.
Does CuePort replace my DAW?
No, and it's not meant to. You keep mixing in your DAW. CuePort is where the work around it lives: artists, productions, files, versions, sessions and feedback. There's a Reaper sync script if you want to pull comments straight into your project.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It's a progressive web app, so you can install it on iOS and Android and play tracks, leave feedback and check sessions from anywhere.
Who can see my files?
Your studio and the people you let in. Each artist sees only their own productions through their own login. A guest link opens exactly one production and only the versions you picked, and you can revoke it at any time. The files of your productions never sit in an open folder: every request is checked against a login or a guest link.
Can someone listen without an account?
Yes, with a guest link. Create one for a production, pick the versions and send it. Your guest enters a name, listens and comments right on the waveform, and their comments show up for you in their own color. By default the link is valid for 14 days; you can pick another duration or no expiry. A password is optional, downloads stay off until you allow them, and you can revoke the link at any time. Guest links are included in every plan.
Can I export my data?
Your audio and data stay yours. You can download your files at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We're based in Germany and follow GDPR.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans bill monthly and you can cancel from the studio at any point. No notice period, no exit fee.
